Former president Goodluck Jonathan has announced, early Monday morning, the naming of Reno Omokri’s new baby after him.
The baby, according to the former president, was named Ebele, his middle name, describing the gesture as an honour.
Goodluck Jonathan, in his congratulatory message, prayed for the baby, and appreciated the parents for considering him worthy.
The message reads:
“I congratulate a dear younger brother, Reno Omokri, and his wife, on the birth of their daughter very early this morning.
“I am very grateful that the couple have chosen to name their daughter Ebele, after me, as an honour.
“I thank God for the safe delivery and that mother and child are healthy and thriving.
“May Ebele grow up in wisdom and stature and in favour with God and man. In Christ’s Name. GEJ.”
