CRUCIFY ME by Ghanaian poet, Bismark Seth Opoku

Bismark Seth Opoku

My head; a trophy encircled by a halo of thoughts I teach myself to think.

My hands; a pair of access keys encapsulated by lack of doors to open.

My feet; a couple clothed only by a cycle of goings and comings that seem to cease not.

Crucify Me!!

Crucify Me!!

Crucify me by the burden of these circles closing in everyday on my extremities;

For I want to die the death of an immortal, not that of a coward who was suicidal.
